Depending on your choice of carrier, delivery time may vary. For Colissimo and lettre suivie, delivery time is 48 to 72 hours, and 24 hours if you have chosen chronopost. Don't forget, on Eveselache, all orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day! Late for your gifts? Not at Eveselache!

When you placed your order, you received a colissimo, chronopost or lettre suivie number by e-mail or sms, depending on your delivery choice. Check this number on the corresponding website to find out where your parcel is. Go to the post office website to track a COlissimo or lettre suivi parcel Go to the Chronopost website to track a Chronopost parcel.

All sex toy and underwear products are excluded from returns, for reasons of hygiene and in accordance with the law: Article L1311-1 of the French Public Health Code, modified by Law n°2004-806 of August 9, 2004 - art. 54 JORF August 11, 2004. For all other returns except underwear, items must be returned in the original package with the corresponding labels. Defective products can also be returned.

To return your product Eveselache, go directly to our website. Go to My account then My orders and select the order you wish to return. This sends us a return request. As soon as we accept it, you'll receive a confirmation email. You can then send your parcel to ECOMIZ LOGISTIK, 39 rue de jouy 77970 BANNOST, FRANCE

All our parcels are unobtrusive: a neutral cardboard box or envelope, with no distinguishing marks on the packaging. Similarly, the label is not marked Eveselache for greater discretion. Your neighbors or letter carrier will never know you've indulged in a little naughty fun! You'll also find discretion on your bank statements, where there's no mention of the name Eveselache! It will be displayed as JM E-BIZ and/or EVS

Upon receipt of the return package, it takes about 8 days to obtain a refund. In the case of defective items, Eveselache will, of course, reimburse the return shipping costs. Refunds are made using the same method of payment you used to place your order.
